Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and r888 (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform"). Accessing any part of r888, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or downloading the r888 app, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.

Who Can Open an Account

You may register and play on r888 only if all of the following conditions are met:

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any winnings generated from a duplicate account may be voided.

During registration you must provide accurate personal details, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. If any information changes after registration, you must update your profile promptly.

Keeping Your Account Safe

Deposits & Minimum Amounts

All transactions on r888 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.

Deposits are credited to your r888 account balance automatically once the payment provider confirms receipt. If a deposit does not arrive within 15 minutes, contact live chat with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals & Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,200. The maximum you may withdraw in a single day is ৳165,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes after approval.

Your first withdrawal may take up to 2 hours while our team completes a standard security review. Subsequent withdrawals are faster once your account is verified.

Funds can only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless our compliance team has approved an alternative method in writing.

Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit of at least ৳400 are eligible for the 145% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳28,500. The bonus and any winnings derived from it must be wagered 6 times before a withdrawal can be requested. The bonus expires after 7 days if the wagering requirement has not been met.

Reload & Cashback

Eligible returning players receive a 19% reload bonus on qualifying deposits. A daily cashback of 0.6% is applied to net losses from the previous day and credited automatically every morning — no claim needed.

Referral Bonus

When a friend you refer creates a verified r888 account and makes their first qualifying deposit, you receive ৳275 credited to your account. The referred player must not share your device, IP address, or payment method.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined unless stated otherwise.
• r888 may amend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through bet cancellation, irregular betting patterns, or arbitrage will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

Identity Verification (KYC)

r888 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing their first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Valid Passport
• Driving Licence

Documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. We may also ask for proof of address or proof of payment method in certain circumstances. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is complete. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on r888:

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Exploiting software errors or technical faults — any winnings resulting from known bugs must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
